About this playground
My kids love this one. The ship-themed design gets them every time. It's large and was freshly renovated — still in great shape as of April 2026 — with a toddler area and pram and wheelchair-friendly surfaces throughout. The open grassy areas alongside are perfect for a game of frisbee or a relaxed picnic. Parking is easy along Montgomery Avenue and Wicklow Road.
